Devin has amazing people skills and ability to read a situation and its players. He is incredibly smart, but unafraid to risk looking otherwise in order to ask the naive but very necessary questions to build up his knowledge way outside his area, to become a true generalist who quickly learns everything that is going on. And he is simply fun to work with - passionate about making a difference in the world, but also capable of seeing the funny side to everything.
