I have worked with Jim very closely on a Telelogos/DART innovation retail project. He stepped in in the very early stages of this project, and I can say today that thanks to Jim we were able to get this up and running within the deadlines set, and even going above and beyond the initial requirements of the customer. The project is where it is today thanks to the efforts and the seriousness Jim brought to the table, he played a huge role in keeping everything and everyone concerned with the project on-track. Redesigned existing custom programming-approval process, migrating from manual to self-service web-based solution, including several layers of automation, resulting in nearly 90% reduction of both process time and cost.
