  I oversee the Records and Registration team, Front Line Customer Service team, Veterans Services Team. I currently facilitate all commencement ceremonies, oversee all record keeping functions related to student records including transcripts, degree completion, and other information. My department conducts enrollment reporting for the college and ensure that all academic and FERPA requirements are being maintained throughout the college. Additionally I lead the Corrections Education Program which operates out of 8 different prisons in the state of Michigan. I serve as the Accreditation Liaison Officer for Jackson College and the Higher Learning Commission. Show less
