I have had the great fortune to have Valerie as a teammate on some very challenging projects at two architecture firms. I have found Valerie to be an insightful and practical designer, and very versatile in her ability to solve problems. Recently I entrusted her to take on progressively greater responsibilities on a complex project on a tight schedule, and found her to be tirelessly and endlessly resourceful. She ably and independently managed several critical project elements, and took it upon herself to explore constructive solutions to problems as they arose. The results of her energy, experience, and creativity are evident in this project, as it nears completion. I recommend Valerie highly, and hope that one day we are able to work together again.
