Bigen Africa is an infrastructure development firm. • Lead a team of four (4) consulting companies as project manager for the development and implementation of a USD$1.4 million water conservation and demand management programme in KwaZulu Natal for the South African National Department of Water and Sanitation (DWS) . • Developed a geodatabase of 600+ water projects in KwaZulu Natal assessing water service backlogs. Currently used as part of the Water Services Development Plan by DWS. • Liaising with local and national government to assess the total water supply backlog in predominantly rural areas of KZN. • Implemented scoping investigations to assess future water demands and requirements for municipalities in KwaZulu Natal • Developed feasibility studies and master plans for municipalities in KwaZulu Natal Show less
