Process all private equity correspondence including capital calls, distributions, portfolio valuations and other quarterly reporting, and disseminate important information in real-time to internal stakeholders. Manage capital call funding process, including collecting approvals, setting up wires and reconciling cash flows. Manage the private equity investment team by providing reports for presentation to the Management, Valuation committee, auditors, and/or other senior investment managers. Conduct portfolio level analysis, including asset allocation and portfolio performance reviews, as well as help Management prepare other client presentations. Responsible to take next level of strategic decisions about the quality and composition of asset portfolio. To deliver the return through asset allocation and managing the target return remains the core. Preparation of consolidated Financial Statements, Balance Sheet, Profit and loss account and co-ordination with the statutory auditor.
