She made the process very inclusive and clear and guided me throughout. Lynsey is one of very few practitioners who genuinely cares about her patients and their wellbeing.

I see Lyndsey every week with my teenage daughter. She is amazing, very patient and knowledgeable. Lyndsey focuses on getting to the root of the problem. Sessions with Lyndsey are fun, productive and myself and my daughter leave each session feeling great, in fact we hate missing a session with Lyndsey. We have been using the Oov for the last few weeks which has been excellent. Lyndsey has such a good understanding of how to use the Oov, for pelvic stability, core strength, stretching and rehabilitation. I can’t recommend Lyndsey enough.... she is awesome 😊.
