Ken Emeleus
Gurpreet worked in my Service Desk Team at SCEGGS Darlinghurst for several years. He has a broad range of skills, both technical and interpersonal. Apart from the day to day Service Desk responsibilities, he also worked on a number of projects including the evaluation and delivery of a visitor kiosk solution and development of print auditing solutions. He has knowledge and significant experience across many products and services including the administration and operation of M365 and Google Apps services, print solutions, Apple hardware and software and various audio and visual technologies. He was proficient and confident supporting users, both students, staff and parents, and developed an excellent rapport with many. The COVID pandemic particularly impacted schools. Gurpreet played an important team role providing remote support services to users during this tricky time; a task he was very successful with.

I mentored Gurpreet "Guru" during a 12 week internship. During that time I found Guru to be hard working and easy to get along with. Guru is fluent in English and has excellent communication and customer service skills. In his time here Guru achieved over a 95% overall satisfaction rating on more than a hundred and forty recorded support requests. While here Guru performed front line support with IOS, Mac and Windows devices. Guru also setup new servers, switches and assisted in the deployment and configuration of a new VOIP system.
