We engaged Sarah to work with the executive team at Cargo Crew to provide strategic HR support and advice. Sarah worked with us to review and evolve structures, policies, and procedures to support our teams. Sarah supported us immensely during a significant growth period. Sarah is a passionate, incredibly talented and caring HR professional. Sarah’s ability to understand the importance of people on business outcomes was greatly appreciated. Thanks for all of your help Sarah!

An unexpected relocation from Melbourne to San Francisco recently required me to consider the direction I wanted my career to take in the US, and so I engaged Trajectory Coaching to assist me with this process. Our physical distance from each other proved to be no barrier at all, as we communicated via video conferencing. Sarah's coaching during this period was invaluable, not only from a career perspective but on a personal level also. Sarah really challenged me to let go of some long held (and misguided!) expectations and to really dig deep to work out what I wanted in this new phase of my career and life (and not what I thought I 'should' do). Thank you Sarah!
