Responsibilities: Providing spiritual and educational leadership of the school in order to achieve the fullest attainment of the mission, overseeing personnel and budget, overseeing educational and development programs as well as business affairs and facilities of the school, leading and facilitating a community of faith, serving as an ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees as well as all committees of the Board, monitoring the expression of the Catholic identity in all facets of school life, meeting regularly with the Administrative Team of the school, presenting policy issues and recommendations to the Board of Trustees, developing short and long-terms goals and objectives for appropriate areas of school life, communicating short and long range goals and objectives, supervising fiscal operations of the school, serving as chief spokesperson for Ursuline Academy, responding maturely to crisis, and maintaining good relationships with the Ursuline Sisters.
