Achievements: - Implemented Remote Desktop Connection Manager which allowed for centralized server access for the team without having to share passwords (This was before nAble had good RMM & LastPass. - Supporting engineer through multiple server 2008 to 2012 migrations including AD, Exchange and new Remote Desktop environments through Hyper V and VMWare hosts.
