Design and developed, as part of a small team, a cost effective live and video-on-demand video streaming solution, capable of publishing video content to both desktop and mobile platforms.My role pertained to the design and development of the overall solution. The server-side element of the solution contained an Asp.Net MVC application where viewers could manage and watch live and on-demand content backed by Azure Media Services. Mobile connectivity was provided though a RESTful API layer developed in ASP.Net WebAPI. Entity Framework and SQL Azure provide the persistence layer. This solution was developed and deployed to Azure Cloud Services and Azure Websites using continuous integration and delivery.
