After those 6 weeks, then students compete with their robot against other schools. - Established the role of Systems Lead, tracked all the costs for the robot and worked to increase communication within the team through coordinating and running team meetings- Collaborated with team members and mentors to ensure the well being of the team and to make decisions- Achieved a Chairman’s Award, the most prestigious in the FIRST, for the team through group collaboration and creation of submission, which helps the team with points - Mentored 4th and 5th graders with Lego Robotics through teaching problem solving and teamwork
