I have been working with Alfonso for the last two years. Alfonso is been key at Grupo Prisa IT outsourcing. He was from the begining writing the contract and later in the definition of the Government Model and in the roll-out (or implementation). We have been together negotiating the implementation terms, he was in the Customer side and I was in the service provider side. And also, negotiating with Telefonica the Relationship Model with both (Grupo Prisa and Indra). In all this process, Alfonso has always focused on finding win-win solutions that made possible to have all a long term relation of partnership. After two year, he's perceived as a trusty person at all levels. About his abilities, I can say that he is Customer focused and oriented to results, responsible, organized, self-motivated and creative. I recommend Alfonso with absolutely no doubt.
