To speak of his character, he has demonstrated levels of responsibility and dedication far beyond any reasonable expectations, raising the bar in these areas for all of his colleagues, be they his peers or seniors. It is fair to my mind to say he has single-handedly redefined the role within our organisation. To speak of his technical skills, his ability to pick up new & complex technologies (viva la IDOL) and work with them to the deepest levels, whilst still maintaining a real world perspective on their application continues to impress me to date. I truly hope to have the pleasure of working with him again in the future.
