With Bridgeton, I remain focused on promoting best disciplinary practices and boosting family and community engagement. I effectively delivered 55% reduction in discipline referrals and maintain assessment and data management system via Ed-Connect, READ180, and System 44. I also built out philanthropic donor plan to facilitate deliver of over $6M through national “Give Something Back Scholarship Fund.” I achieved development of summer transition program for 200 rising grade 9 students and authored grant proposals, leading to over $1M in new funding. I also developed grant and program proposal development in addition to maintaining first online district high school catalog. And I successfully established over 50 scholarships for over 200 recipients, reflecting a 25% increase over previous year.
