Miten toteuttaa ja kehittää paljon palveluja käyttävien riskiryhmien palveluja nykyistä asiakaslähtöisemmiksi monialaisella yhteistyöllä? Tähän haasteeseen ja kysymykseen vastaamiseksi on vuodesta 2013 lähtien luotu toimintamalleja Palvelumuotoilulla parempia palveluita riskiryhmille (PPPR) -hankkeessa. Hankkeen tavoitteena on edistää riskiryhmien osallisuutta, hyvinvointia ja terveyttä kehittämällä sosiaali- ja terveyspalveluiden rakenteita, jotka vastaavat nykyistä paremmin riskiryhmien ja palveluiden suurkäyttäjien tarpeisiin. Best Agers Lighthouses - Strategic Age Management in Small & Medium-sized Enterprises and Public Organizations (2013-2014) The aim of the project was to create and promote practical examples that demonstrate the consequences of implementing age management at the organizational level (www.best-agers-lighthouses.eu). There were 12 partners in the Baltic Sea Region. I worked as a project manager in Finland in close co-operation with our case company Pori Energia. Satakunta Business Campus (SBC) (2010-2014) Satakunta Business Campus is a network of companies who develop their expertise together (www.prizz.fi/sbc). I was responsible for issues of well-being at work, for example coordinating and facilitating the Network of Well-Being at Work and organizing different kind of seminars. Ideasta Instituutiksi! (2013-2014) The objective of the project was to start a think tank called BuzzBusiness, which offers business and research services for companies (www.buzzbusiness.fi). BuzzBusiness is a collaboration of Prizztech, Turku University School of Economics (Pori Unit) and Satakunta University of Applied Sciences. Development Programme of Corporate Social Responsibility in Satakunta Region (VALID) (2010-2013) The project aimed to develop SME’s CSR knowledge and skills and also to develop their practices in CSR-related issues. I worked as a project manager. The project was funded by the European Social Fund. The project was chosen to be one of the model projects of the Western Finland.
