A4G has grown every single year since 1995 (under a different name) from its humble beginnings above a hairdresser in Longfield to a significant firm employing over 50 people. A4G's mission is to be "the best (but not necessarily the biggest) all round advisers to owner-managed businesses, and with 20 years of continuous growth to our name, I believe this is easily attainable. My role as managing partner is to oversee the development of everyone in the team, find new ways that we can help our clients and promote the practice as widely as possible.
