Sourabh is a curious person who thinks deeply about the problems he wants to solve and the things he works on. Having worked with him in university, and been involved in his journey since, I've come to the firm conclusion that he is highly suitable for solving difficult, multi-faceted problems, especially in education, planning and policy. He dives deep into the issue at hand, analyzes it and first develops a broad approach to solving the issue and similar issues. He then goes on to implement a well-thought solution. In particular, he is well-versed in the science and art of learning, much more than most people. This ability of meta-analysis, of how to solve the problem, makes him very well suited to solving real, difficult problems that are faced by populations and organizations in today's world. In addition, his past studies in chemistry and civil engineering contribute to his comfort with the technical, scientific and quantitative parts of his work; he does not shy away from multi-disciplinary problems. In a team, he has grown into someone who knows how to tap into the expertise of different people, how to ask the right questions, and he recognizes his own limitations. This will make him a great team player. Because of all this, I highly recommend Sourabh to be a part of any team of people trying to solve challenging problems in a variety of fields including education, policy and engineering.

Sourabh is gifted with one of the most brightest and creative minds, which makes him an invaluable resource. His technical prowess enables him to think outside the box and approach problems innovatively. He is a great team player and manages the work distribution and coordination amongst peers and colleagues effectively. He is empathetic, supportive and fosters a positive and collaborative working environment. Moreover, Sourabh possesses a holistic mindset and has an innate ability to grasp the broader implications and consequences. Sourabh also stands out because of his exceptional attention to detail. He is meticulous, is commited to accuracy and precision and ensures the quality of any project he is engaged in. His passion inspires those around him to strive for excellence. These skills and attributes of Sourabh proved invaluable as we worked together in a green building design project along with Prof. Rajiv Gupta and Prof. Meghna Charde, the results of which were published in one of the top science journals. Beyond his professional attributes, Sourabh's diverse hobbies and passion for nature have enhanced his understanding of the world and his role in society. His deep connection with nature has translated into a genuine concern for environmental issues and a sincere desire to make a positive impact. Sourabh's empathetic nature and mental fortitude have equipped him with the ability to address complex technical and social problems, providing him with a unique perspective in his field.
