I had the priviledge to work with Isabelle, especially when she had the mission to move IF Payroll to ISO, what she successfully did. She is a very target focused person, hard worker, pragmatic but able to mitigate project constraints regarding the environment she is facing with. She has those bright skills needed : mixing well helicopter view to keep track on the project final goal & risk assessment which sounding evident but rarely at this level of efficiency. She is a very human person, honest with much humor.
