Assist Project Managers with designing work plans for their projects. This includes developing solution, recommending and quoting Hardware/Software, and providing technical work plan. Scheduled field service engineers to complete projects as needed. On occasion would be primary Project Managers when needed. Acting as inside sales, place and track orders until received. Once received, scheduled resources as needed to deploy. Implement quoting software, Quosal. Worked with Quosal to implement the software and develop process for Sales Team.
