Led business analysis and road mapping, introduced new architectural roles, recruited core roles and secured budget. - Worked in partnership with the Sales & Marketing COO to establish cross functional governance across the end to end client and engagement life cycle to reduce siloed technology investment decisions, reduce duplication of technology, manage interdependencies and improve the user experience. - Co-authored the redesign of the IT operating model to deliver greater value to internal customers by embedding Agile ways of working and productising our capabilities and services, and led the change and comms workstream to embed the change. - Designed and led a global project to establish multiple territory requirements for time recording, absence management and billing. Included an RFP exercise with multi-million-pound solution recommendations signed off by the CFOs of PwC UK, US, Europe, and Hong Kong/China. Show less
