Provide leadership and management of the day-to-day operations of the Navy Yard Security Operations Center. • Provide contract security and life safety operations at over 100 posts at 12 facilities in Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland. • Provide oversight of 400+ security cameras, electronic locking equipment, key control, 12 radio channels on three CAD radio nets, and fire and intrusion alarms for the Navy Yard. • Seized the chaos of emergency events and provided clear and decisive command and control as the primary point of contact (POC) for over 500 emergency operations annually involving fire alarms, medical emergencies, environmental threats, and employee 911 calls. • Leverage communication and built strong relationships with outside agencies so as to enhance emergency response capabilities through mutual aid support during incidents.
