  I collected, analysed, and produced monthly overviews of data on the prevalence of Avian influenza viruses in poultry and wild birds in the Netherlands. These data are used (a.o.) in interactive maps for communication to professionals and the the general public. In addition, I supervised the development and implementation of molecular diagnostics for Avian Influenza.
