James and I worked closely together for five years on a variety of brands and retailers. I was always impressed by his art direction skills, ability to think strategically, and the clarity with which he guided other team members. Regardless of how high profile an assignment was, he made sure the creative was insight-driven and strategically sound. He is also responsible and reliable, and I knew that any job we worked on together, or that James oversaw, would be handled in a timely fashion. James also excelled at fostering positive and productive working relationships with clients and was viewed as a valuable teammate. James is never scared of new thinking and has shown that he can adapt his skills to fit any agency that may be lucky enough to have him.
