I had the pleasure of working with Michael as part of the Colorado Community College System IT Team; in the Business Technologies (Project Management) team specifically. Michael is industrious and kind while getting projects completed on-time and within budget. His stakeholders always appreciated his proactive and thorough communication and the gentle touch he uses to get a wayward project back on track. The teams that worked for him enjoyed the relationship and guidance he would provide as well as his expertise in supporting our students. Michael is a goal-oriented team player that will bring a wealth of knowledge and talent to any organization lucky enough to work with him.

I worked side by side with Mr. Schulman for 18 months on one of the most challenging projects of my career. Day in and day out Michael pursued excellence despite the constant roadblocks that he encountered that would have sent most more experienced consultants throwing in the towel. Service to the client while adhearing to the spirit of the agreement is Michael's hallmark. He provides invaluable expertise from his on-campus expierence as a Bursar that allows him to connect with the client on a very real level. Michael very quickly gains the confidence of the client team through his personable professionalism and his amazing ability to uncover requirements and present difficult accounting functionality in a clear and concise manner. In addition, Michael has technical abilities that go far beyond those of most functional consultants which he uses to add a layer of efficiency and effectiveness not often seen. I have seen Michael derive requirements, counsel clients, create and present formal presentations, create functional designs and complicated flow diagrams, create and administer test scripts, and conceive, communicate and carry out complex solutions that save the client huge amounts of time and effort. His breadth and depth of accounting, his deep understanding of Oracle software, his amiable personality, and his sincere desire to provide quality solutions for the client make Michael a sure asset to have on one's team.
