We manufactured four flavours of artisan caramel popcorn for retail and food service. Popsy Daisy was the first snack foods company in Ireland to incorporate sustainability into its products and packaging. It was also the first popcorn manufacturer in Ireland to obtain Origin Green certification.       Camara is an international charity that uses technology to improve education in disadvantaged communities around the world. I was responsible for ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth of computer refurbishing centers in Ireland and the UK, and educational delivery centers in Ireland and the Caribbean. Some of the accomplishments during my tenure with Camara include: - Tripled annual turnover for Camara Haiti (2013-2014), doubled annual turnover for Camara London (2013-2014), increased collections and recycling revenue for Camara Dublin by more than 25 percent (2014-2015) and increased annual turnover for Camara Ireland by more than 25 percent (2013-2015). • Reduced voluntary staff turnover to half the Camara average (2015). • Broadened Camara Haiti’s educational content offering to French and Haitian Creole. • Delivered Camara Haiti’s first solar computer lab in 2014, and first low energy virtual computer lab one year later. • Established operations and began shipping from the London refurbishment hub in under twelve months. • Appeared on various local radio programs and on RTE’s Morning Edition. • After determining market conditions would not support sustainability for Camara Jamaica, completed a controlled shutdown of the educational hub, delivering on all final contract promises and providing ongoing support for all warranty assets. • Dramatically improved financial processes and reporting for all educational hubs.
