Effective Producers/Project Managers are painfully hard to find. In a city filled with talented people, Jason stands out as a great PM with the right mix of experience and innovative thinking to deliver the most challenging digital projects successfully. During our time at T3 I learned a great deal from Jason about methodologies and technology, managing complex projects and large cross-functional teams. I've been fortunate to continue to learn from him over the last several years. Jason has this innate ability to think about a project in a way that allows him to take it all in and break it down in digestible pieces, getting to the core of the thing that needs to be solved. This makes him a fearless team lead with the ability to cut through the noise and focus his team on the necessary issues to move the project forward. I'm always on the look out for opportunities to work with Jason again (read: lure him to my team).

At Whole Foods Market, we needed a seasoned project manager to join our growing digital team. We direct recruited Jason from the agency he was working at based on his breadth of experience in digital, knowledge of different industries and familiarity with project management methodologies. Jason jumped right in from the start and took an ownership approach with the projects he was assigned. Jason successfully delivered on a comprehensive site redesign right out of the gate. It was during this time that we learned of Jason’s ability to take loosely defined objectives and create structure and direction. From this point forward I sought Jason out to run projects in areas of growth and innovation. He managed dozens of projects for me over the 4 years we worked together. Jason is a talented project manager and is driven to get things done.
