In this new role, I gathered business requirements, designed, and programmed mortgage collections business rules into the decision engine to determine which delinquent loans should be sent to the dialer each day and validated testing results using SQL and SAS (in batch mode with JCL). The team successfully created logic to evenly distribute delinquent loans in groups of two or three and rotate them to the dialer. We designed A/B champion challenger decision tree logic to determine the best strategy to meet objectives and achieved 99% quality with no significant defects in the coding while working from home full-time.
