I would like to personally thank you for helping us with our Mortgage Refinance. You literally and figuratively took care of Lida and I. You kept us apprised of every single step from beginning to end. You even followed up with us after the closing: · You literally accommodated me by taking the 4:40 train, with me as you had me sign papers. This was just absolutely the best possible treatment I have ever received from a bank. · You met Lida on the train as well and explained things and answered questions. · You had Title Company come to our house to do the closing. This was absolutely convenient as Lida and I did not have to take time off or leave work early. Just superb. You did a phenomenal job at laying out all of our options on the table! From the difference of continuing our current loan to the amount we would save by refinancing to scheduling our appraisal to the closing. We could not be happier with the fact that you locked us in to a historically low Fixed rate. Wow, in just a matter of weeks, rates rose to well over 1.5% percentage points. I will recommend you to all of my friends, co-workers, and family who are looking to purchase or refinance. I will look for you on Yelp, Facebook, Linked-in, and all other social networking sites.
