Worked as part of the enrolment team to develop a user friendly website, and help prospective students register with the University onto their correct University course. Duties:• First point of contact for prospective students. Responded to vast quantities of email enquiries and telephone calls and dealt with them appropriately, developing my customer service skills confidently guiding people through their enrolment. • Successfully planned and managed 3 enrolment events, running from 2-7 days. Involving, teaching and managing a team of temporary workers and taking necessary health and safety precautions.• To have impeccable working knowledge of the student database and enrolment website to troubleshoot and confidently guide students through their unique enrolment process given they had unforeseen problems.• Managed large spreadsheets originating from the student database for printing student ID cards (approximately 7,000) and distributing them as appropriate. Many weeks of work were completed over the above period, gradually gaining a more senior role year on year as the University asked me to return. Prepared, planned and executed the summer graduation ceremonies of which there were 12 during the week of graduation.
