Jenn demonstrated her great skills, talents, and decisive leadership in the association, which led to her being slated for the Board of Directors, which is a very competitive process. Without a doubt, the selection committee made the right decision slate Jenn on the Board. Her thoughtful contributions and impactful leadership eventually let to her being slated as the President of NACE. She successfully led the association through the turbulent time of the pandemic and a change in the association's Executive Leadership role. Jenn's strategic and confident leadership provided the association with the reassurance that was needed with so many changes and challenges. Jenn also took the time to mentor others.
