Led a high-performing development team across multiple stacks, driving project success through strategic planning, efficient coordination, and the implementation of best practices. Utilized extensive domain expertise to skillfully navigate stakeholders through the discovery phase, ensuring requirements were well understood and feasible given project constraints. Mentored and guided juniors, fostering a collaborative and efficient development process including one-on-one discussion, code reviews, and pair programming which resulted in better performing and more confident developers. Restructured and optimized underperforming codebases through strategic refactoring, enhancing efficiency, maintainability, and system performance. Utilized GitHub Actions and Expo Application Services to set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, enabling automated testing, resource deployment, and application building for multiple projects. Led the development of a native iPad application for an esteemed aircraft manufacturer using Swift which included creating a robust file management system for facilitating seamless online and offline access to aircraft-specific documents for maintenance and planning. As an independent contributor, developed the NodeJS backend routes and React-Native front-end for search-by-location feature using Google Maps for a healthcare application, enabling users to search within specified areas, zip codes, or distances along with several additional filtering options. Successfully transition the MeThreeSixty app to the CameraX API to align with the company's new two-photo scanning approach. Maintained the flexibility to develop an in-house photogrammetry variant of the app for internal purposes. Employed MLKit to create a sophisticated pose detection system for both Android and iOS versions of the MeThreeSixty application which ensured users achieved optimal poses before capturing photos, and provided real-time audio and visual feedback to assist them. Efficiently integrated a substantial TensorFlow model to run locally on the device for photo processing. Implemented Play Asset Delivery to manage the application bundle size effectively, optimizing performance and user experience. Seamlessly integrated the Camera2 API with a custom C++ library via the Android NDK, enabling precise control over image processing, camera settings, and capture rate for advanced photogrammetric scanning of subjects. Executed an end-to-end UI overhaul, establishing an efficient system for configuring white-labeled versions of the application via single-file configurations. Established and managed multiple white-labeled versions of the company's applications for both partner collaborations and internal purposes, ensuring seamless branding and customization tailored to specific requirements.
