How do you describe someone like Brad? He is a hard worker that puts in the hours to make sure the job gets done, makes it to work on time. All nice safe things to say but there is more to Brad than just being a good employee. In truth Brad is a free thinker that continually thinks outside the box to come up with solutions. He's never afraid to engage and find alternatives to reaching out to people. Constantly joking and being jovial he keeps the team in high spirits seamlessly breaking the tension of high stress situations with a quick laugh and silly joke. His good attitude and fun loving persona makes for a great working situation.

I worked with Brad at our campus job at UW-Whitewater, and also years later (present day) coach kids basketball with him in the Milwaukee area. Brad is great to work with! He is a fast learner that is able to stay focused on the task at hand while also keeping things light and positive, and he communicates his thoughts clearly.
