Working for a highly successful and award winning creative agency in the heart of Manchester's Northern Quarter. Creative Spark is a fast-paced agency, that demands the best out of it's employees. The work produced is second to none, which is reflected by its impressive range of clients. My role within Creative Spark demands expert organisational skills, a knowledge of the industry and the ability to remain calm in a high pressured environment in order to make decisions on a daily basis. The role requires me to be able to work with everyone within the agency at a close and professional level. My main duties include: • To co-ordinate all live projects, both external and internal, within the agency.• Ensure deadlines are met for projects and that all projects have the appropriate resource required.• Ensure billable hours targets are met and that there is a constant steady flow of work for every member of the studio, whilst keeping projects profitable.• Making sure processes are being followed to ensure the smooth running of chaotic agency life.• Building and maintaining relationships with external suppliers and freelancers. • Keep the agency moving as efficiently as possible, which involves maintaining the day to day aspects of any office life, and working closely with the Operations Manager.
