I had the pleasure of working with Donald in my capacity of Chief Engineer at McDonald's. I found that he was able to quickly adapt to new environments by developing a deep understanding of customer needs and the challenges they face. He possesses a unique balance of business acumen and technical knowledge that makes him a great customer partner while keeping his eye on his own business. He is willing to take risks but is not careless. He has a willingness to listen, sense the lay of the land and formulate a strategy for mutual benefit. He will be a good partner to anyone working with him.

Donald is a well-rounded manager that is adept at balancing the details with the big picture. Donald is consistently able to translate customer needs into valuable solutions our customers depend upon. I found working with Donald to be a great learning experience since he brings unique perspectives and innovative approaches to solving business problems. He is an extremely quick learner and is comfortable rolling up his sleeves to get things done.
