Over the 4+ years Dave and I have worked together, he has taught me so much. One of the most amazing things Dave possesses is the ability to have grace under pressure. When facing a serious technical snafu, he always conducts himself professionally but with a sense of urgency. He's a fabulous communicator and collaborator and is great at ensuring all the various teams within a division understand the technical ramifications related to building a product. Dave is also terrific at showcasing diplomacy in tough situations. He's incredibly organized and structured and truly understands project processes to build and launch quality and functional products. He's an all around great guy, super smart and most importantly, a lot of fun to work with :)

(From ACBJ - 2015) It's hard to put into a small text field the impact that Dave Roberts has had on the businesses we've been in together, as well as with me personally. When you hire someone you can completely trust, it frees you to focus on other pieces of the organization. He has an incredible sense of when to bring you in, when to just get it done, and how to communicate across different disciplines when one team speaks tech and another may not. Over the last two places we've worked, he's become a trusted friend as well... someone also I look up to as a man who gets it. But since this is LinkedIn, just know that this man is a rock star VP of Engineering. (From the Observer - 2009) The biggest "recommendation" I can personally give is if you can honestly say you would hire someone again after working with them. You know their strengths, their personalities, and their styles. Not only have I already hired Dave to work with me again, I would do so repeatedly if the opportunity ever came around. He is a solid colleague, contributor, and industry leader. Not to mention, a guy of integrity. If you can't tell, I'm a big fan... consider this the highest recommendation.
