  Some of the duties assigned to my role include and is not limited to the following: • Ability to perform data entry into SUN 6.4 efficiently with minimum error. • Processing of payments through the S2B platform to different entities, i.e., suppliers, partners, consultants, among others. • Prepare and submit remittance advice. • Manage to prepare and perform direct invoicing and able to undertake invoice matching accurately and timely. • Processed relevant documents, i.e., held journal detail listing, stamped and filed according to the filing system on a weekly basis. • Preparation of bank reconciliation journals using different currency exchange rates. • Ensure all payments are updated monthly and posted before the monthly period closes for reconciliation purposes • Ensure all documents are signed, stamped and filled, as is required, and stored appropriately.
