I had heard about Andy for many years before finally getting to work with him onboard one of the world’s largest cruise ships, Norwegian Epic. I worked very closely with Andy to create and implement one of the most complex entertainment programs at sea, looking after close to 5,000 guests and a team of 250. Andy was committed, creative, hard-working and passionate.

Andy is one of the most talented and knowledgeable travel experts I had the pleasure of working with in my 18 years with the travel industry. He is an excellent communicator and presenter, and knows how to command the room in the most respectful and caring way. I was very impressed by how quickly Andy learnt all the new systems and acquired product knowledge without much of support and training. He has not only intellectual intelligence but emotional intelligence as well, which makes him stand out from so many other sales professionals.
