As a peer, I have the same trust in Lucas and know that if I needed to depend on him for a project or ticket, I would be in the best hands. When I first started at Right Networks, we did not have a level 2 department or anything even remotely similar. Lucas paved the way to create this department and our division has been forever changed for the better because of this. We owe a lot of gratitude to Lucas for the hard work that he has put in to ensure such a high level of efficiency, organization, and experience for both our department and our clients.
