  On-site contact for all clients that come to the Kansas City Marriott Downtown. Whether it is a week long meeting or a one-day gala, I was the clients' one stop shop to any department in the hotel. It was crucial that I was aware of all of my fellow employees and allows me to have experience in all aspects of the job. I connected with the banquets, sales, human resource, culinary, engineering, and even executive office for many things through out my day to day on the job. I was also the "face" of the hotel to the client which gives me a huge opportunity to show what the Marriott is all about each and every day.
