Lucy is a pleasure to work with and is a very effective Shopper Marketeer. I have known Lucy since she started her career in FMCG and she has worked for me directly for over a year. She has been consistently professional and produced excellent work. Her current role has had great breadth and required a knowledge of all channels, customers and aspects of shopper marketing. She has delivered some excellent execution on top four grocery multiples, convenience and high street accounts, provided equipment and POS solutions from concept to delivery, provided solutions for our field sales team and managed the relationship with our Trade PR agency. She has had complete budget ownership and negotiated costs savings for us. I have been proud to see Lucy grow and develop over the last few years and have found her to be a great team member.       In October 2011, I was chosen by my University to be part of a team in a UK-wide competition run by the Chartered Institute of Marketing known as ‘The Pitch’. It is an annual competition that requires the participants to create an advertisement campaign from a specific brief in only two weeks. Once through the southern heat, my team and I found ourselves presenting our pitch to medical professionals at the Diabetes Professional Conference in the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre, Glasgow. I felt very privileged to enter into such a competition, and to have worked alongside such prestigious organisations as The Chartered Institute of Marketing, Diabetes UK and The Oxford Health Alliance. As a result of winning the southern heat of the competition, I am also proud to say that I am now an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
