From July 2013 to December 2015 I was the Director of a 9:00am to 1:00pm Monday through Thursday Mothers' Day Out program serving 60+ children ages 6 months to 3 years with a staff of 8 teachers before leading the initiative to combine with the 3K to Kindergarten program, thereby extending the MDO's hours to full time, while assuming the Assistant Director role to ensure the growth of both programs.
