I’ve had the privilege of working with Mr. Tatari in Memorial Healthcare Group for more than 3 years. He is one of those rare managers who has an analytical approach and always supportive of his colleagues even when his own workload is overwhelming. He is one of the cleverest person I’ve ever met. He is a calculated risk taker, fabulous problem solver, pragmatic leader, realist and also great in dealing with difficult situations. The nature of work in most sectors makes you so stressful and forces you to act quickly under pressure, especially in the healthcare where he works now. I find incredibly valuable in working with him as he allows people (who work with him) the ability to explore and understand nearly all possible perspectives to an idea, a system or a process and their numerous applications. He encourages his team all the time, tries to solve any disaggrements and makes you feel a part of that team, adding a value to your job. Moreover, he drives you to see above and beyond what you already knew. He is a hard worker, so positive can-do attitude, innovative and value creator in the truest sense. He deserves a reputation as someone with vision, diligence and someone who gets things done better than as it should be. I know that he will always give of his best in any endeavour. His strengths in facing with really difficult issues, generating solutions and ideas make him a valuable contributor to any situation or team. If I have an opportunity in the future, I would like to work with him again.

I know Dogan as a strong and skilled consultant. He has a strong and creative analytical capability and delivers excellent quality with good communications skills, having an eye on both the big picture and the smaller details while keeping the agreed deadlines. Dogan is very friendly and easy to work with, so I would definitely like to work with Dogan again.
