  As a Temporary Controller, I was responsible as part of a team for building relationships with our Clients & Applicants and bringing on new business and bookings. I dealt with all of my applicants and clients face to face and when taking on new business I had to negotiate fees upon which I had a sliding scale to go from and I aimed at the higher end of this scale. The role is very sales focused but very rewarding in the sense you can see your hard work paying off. The role is extremely varied; from admin duties throughout the week as well as working towards and meeting all of my Sales targets given to me, filling new bookings and handling any problems that arise throughout the week. I am in constant contact with a wide selection of people across the scale and enjoyed building these relationships up
