I moved back into the family room within apple as a family room specialist in April 2012. I love being able to help people troubleshoot issues with their devices and with more and more people owning iPhones and iPads there is never a dull moment. I moved to Honolulu Hawaii to be the operations manager of a successful scuba diving operation on the south of the island. In this role I was responsible for a number of instructors, bookings and the general day to day running of the business. I dealt with customers on a face to face basis and also over the phone and by email. Ocean legends is a very busy dive centre and it was challenging to ensure that the many different customer requests we had were fulfilled by the appropriate instructors… Show more I moved to Honolulu Hawaii to be the operations manager of a successful scuba diving operation on the south of the island.
