More in details within my current role I:• lead and coordinate all the technicians and staff assigned to the construction projects and prioritize key deliverables;• construction quality materials preliminary acceptance and on-going controls during work's progress;• technically and financially manage work contracts and all their related issues, i.e. contractor’s claims;• manage the works project plan, deploy corrective actions in order to ensure compliance with the contract general terms;• manage work design errors and work delivered items that are not compliant with the contract technical standards;• bear penal and civil liability for all my unit’s activities and relevant issues that might arise during and after works completion.Also, as Head Inspector, I lead the highway infrastructures’ technical inspections system which monitors the asset’s current conditions and highlights issues and required maintenance interventions.
