It's a real pleasure to have this opportunity and write a recommendation about Vidas, who has not only impressed me but also did it a few times in different occasions! From the first contact we had through messages, Vidas has shown a keen interest in my plans and ideas so he could help me to see a bigger picture from different angles. Not only he placed my ideas in order, but also added his own valuable suggestions leaving many new 'ding' sounds in my head. In our meeting I was again amazed how Vidas can combine and apply all great skills he has in just an hour. He is making the most of each minute by listening openly and effectively, thinking quickly and going beyond any expectations - he wants you to act fast, just like he does! I would like to give a recommendation about Vidas as he is professional in handling trainings. This week we had trainings were main topic was negotiation and how to handle conflicts by using this tool. The content was clearly understandable and structured what makes easier to follow lecture and afterwards remember. In person Vidas is flexible and open minded, it was very easy to get into agreement how this training should happen.
