Jon is an incredibly hard working and driven individual focussed solely on getting the best results for his clients. We've worked together now for several years. Jon has evolved his own business and knowledge to the point where I had to bring him in as a coach within my own business to help add even more value to our clients. I can thoroughly recommend Jon, no matter what role you are thinking about hiring him for, definitely take him up on his offer of a strategy session. You won't regret it.

Johnathan Butler is an excellent choice, he advised us on design, operations and obtaining that all important best return on investment. Down to every last detail, John helped us put together the most expensive (and my favourite) room at Manor by the Lake – The Kitchen! John is professional and proficient in all aspects of his work, and possess in depth knowledge and the practical ability to complete any task on budget, on time and to a very high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending John. Regards Michael Chittenden www.woodhallmanor.co.uk www.manorbythelake.co.uk

Having recently started working alongside Jon on the design and procurement for a new coffee shop for a large Hotel in Peterborough, I have got to learn how professional and knowledgeable he is. Not just in the design and leisure/ hospitality sector! His skillsets and past work ventures have enabled Jon to have a good all round knowledge and base to enable him to put his mind to anything! Its been really great working with him, and I hope it continues in the future with other projects. Chloe.

I am the author of Business Recipes for Success: Four Steps to Building a Successful Restaurant & Hospitality Business - The book was published in June 2017 and is available on Amazon in paperback and Kindle form.Stir up a batch of success with this accessible and innovative business guide for the hospitality sector from industry expert. Thinking of setting up a business in the hospitality sector? Do you work in, manage or own a restaurant, hotel or catering business? Would you like to know the secrets to building a successful business? In Business Recipes for Success, Jonathan Butler, restaurant and hospitality business consultant, guides you through the process, warns you of the pitfalls and allows you to take control. The hospitality and catering industry is probably one of the toughest business sectors to enter. Statistically, failure rates are high, three times greater than many other sectors, while cash flow is more vital than many other businesses and staff turnover can be very high and damaging. It is an unforgiving industry that even with β€˜Celebrity Status’ does not guarantee success. So why would you want to open a business in this sector? What drives entrepreneurs to believe they will buck the trend and be more successful than the last? For me, it is passion and belief, and after twenty-seven years within the industry successfully growing hospitality based businesses, he has decided to share his journey and expertise. www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/1999754603
