As a seed, Sophie is challenged to be an active citizen in the Syracuse community while developing the skills of communication, empathy, teamwork, and enthusiasm. She has done service at the Boys and Girls Club of Onondaga County, Thornden Park, and the We Rise Above the Streets Barbecue for the homeless.
