  - Attended weekly zoom meetings and planned major movie events such as two drive-in movies- Researched possible grant opportunities and found several eligible matches to help fund the organization- Volunteered at registered events by helping with logistics and checking people in as well as promoting the event to the wider community of Aspen beforehand- Assisted in selecting winners for our annual short film festival called "Shortsfest"

As an intern, my responsibilities included:- Attended weekly zoom meetings, pitched, wrote and edited weekly articles for digital publication - Covered topics ranging from a timeline of the Black Lives Matter movement to the newest beauty trends of 2020 including "The Eyebrow Evolution of the 2000s"

  Orange Seeds is a first year leadership and civic engagement program offered to freshman at Syracuse University. As a seed, Sophie is challenged to be an active citizen in the Syracuse community while developing the skills of communication, empathy, teamwork, and enthusiasm. She has done service at the Boys and Girls Club of Onondaga County, Thornden Park, and the We Rise Above the Streets Barbecue for the homeless. In this role, Sophie's responsibilities include:- Spent Saturdays… Orange Seeds is a first year leadership and civic engagement program offered to freshman at Syracuse University.
